We know how important it is to receive your items. With that in mind we try our best to give you as much guidance as possible as to when it is leaving our warehouse and the timing of transit to your address.
Our items typically leave our warehouse 1 to 3 business days after you placing your order.
Transit times typically range from 1 to 7 days depending on your location and shipping method used.
In the case that shipping tracking is not showing as active, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. (This does occasionally happen.) We will promptly contact the shipper to confirm status. If we do not receive active tracking time from them after contact within 2 business days, we will set up a replacement shipment.

Returns (Non-damaged items)
We want you to love your decor from us, so we have a return policy that is good for 30 days after your purchase.
Return to us for a refund of the paid price of the product, this does not include original shipping. (See below about our special help we provide to share in the cost of return shipping.)

- Package up your item(s). Be sure to include your order information so we can properly handle your return.

- TO HELP OFFSET THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING: We will issue you a shop gift card up to $10 of your return shipping. (If we are unable to determine the amount of the return shipping we will issue a $5.00 gift card.)
- Please allow up to 5 business days after receiving your return package for your refund.
Damaged Items/Incorrect Items
Within 30 days of receiving, send us a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) you received to email@example.com.
