We will promptly contact the shipper to confirm status. If we do not receive active tracking time from them after contact within 2 business days, we will set up a replacement shipment.

Returns (Non-damaged items)
We want you to love your decor from us, so we have a return policy that is good for 30 days after your purchase.
Return to us for a refund of the paid price of the product, this does not include original shipping. (See below about our special help we provide to share in the cost of return shipping.)
