Light Up Top Hat Snowman features a glass body and a plush head. He wears a black hat with a red and white band and a matching scarf with white tassels. He has painted black buttons and splatters of snow and requires 3 AA batteries to operate. Snowman looks great displayed on flat surfaces and casts a warm golden glow when turned on.
