The USA Garland is a jute rope strung with wooden cutouts in a patriotic theme. The garland features red and navy wooden cutout stars as well as three white pennant tags with "USA" painted in navy. Either end of the garland includes jute rope loops to use for a hanging display, whether hanging on a mantle, shelf, or wall.
