Joy Wooden Tag & Snowflake Garland is a white wooden hanger held together by white string with a loop at the top. Each of the three white tags has a light blue cutout letter displayed, spelling out "JOY" and the bottom of the garland has a blue snowflake tag. The garland is dusted in light sparkles for a wintry effect and features light blue beads.
