The Black Hat Snowman is a decorative wintertime plush snowman made with ultra-soft bright white fabric. The snowman is adorned with buttons, stitched facial features, and a carrot nose, and wears a tall black top hat. The bottom of the snowman is weighted to ensure a secure display, placed on a shelf, mantle, seating area, or tabletop during Winter and Christmas.
