The Happy Halloween Flag is a soft and silky garden flag made of weather, mold, mildew, and UV-fade resistant 2-ply polyester. The flag displays black, orange, and white patterned pumpkins with upside-down witch legs and reads "Happy Halloween" in decorative black lettering. The flag includes a loop for display on a garden flagpole and is machine washable.
