The Layered Penguin in Hat & Scarf Ornament adds a darling accent to a holiday tree or winter hanging decor. Made from wood with layered design, the ornament depicts a penguin wearing a Santa hat and a red and green plaid scarf. The penguin is painted black and white with a layered yellow beak and feet.
